Business Services employs over 3800 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice. For the office located in Krakow we are looking for candidates interested to develop within accounting sector. This is an entry level role within Financial Services for candidates who have already gained some short customer support experience or have just graduated and plan to start their professional career among enthusiastic team.You will be responsible for: managing portfolio of Customers preparing and sending payment reminders to Customers interacting with Client's various parties via phone and email processing electronic payments analyzing balances, payment plans and queriesInformation about the current team: young, positive team that enjoys meeting after the work.Working hours: 8h per day, business hours from Monday-Friday.
Your profile: essential is very good level of Estonian plus good English skills (B2). Apart from that important are: analytical and effective communication skills, team work approach, ability to multitasking and working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel).
