Internship - Project Management Officer

Location: Łódź/Katowice

As an intern in the Project Management Office team, you will be responsible for close cooperation with Managers and Team Leaders.

What will you do:

• support development team (working time monitoring, coordination of the roll-on/roll-off process)

• prepare reports and their analysis

• participate in project audits

• optimize design processes

• project access management

• billing for development services

• project documentation management

• schedule meetings

• assist in organizing team events

What do we expect from you:

• good knowledge of English (level B2/C1)

• knowledge of the MS Office package - in particular Excel

• interest in the area of IT projects

• analytical skills and communication skills

• the ability to manage one's working time (multitasking)

• full-time availability (40 hours a week)

Nice to have:

• knowledge of German

• PowerBI basics
