Advisory Group TEST Human Resources: As Survey Junior Specialist you will have unique opportunity to develop Survey Center services. Your main goals will be professional maintenance of survey process from the first contact with customer to delivery of final results as well as continuous improvement of the process. The person in this position is responsible for the day-to-day activities in Survey Center: Preparing or improving delivered survey questionnaires Entering questionnaires to web-based survey tool Maintaining surveys from pilot phase to its end ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines Analyzing, managing, and interpreting data Preparing reports with results in Excel and/or PowerPoint Communication with Survey Center’s customers
BA or MA degree in sociology, statistics, data science or related field (or students of last years) Familiarity with web-based survey systems Knowledge of good research study design Knowledge of survey best practices and survey methodology best practices Good technical skills Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Fluent English both written and spoken Knowledge of German on any level will be an asset Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Analytical, problem-solving  and organizational skills Willingness to learn and an ability to adapt and look for new ways to do work to improve processes Ability to ask questions in order to fully understand purpose of the survey and ability to suggest alternative methods to senior staff in a polite way to improve process and outcomes Ability to work independently, and self-direct work as needed
