Advisory Group TEST Human Resources:
  • Handling queries from customers, answering calls and e-mails
  • Communication with field offices
  • Processing of balance confirmation

  • Open items clearing (direct debit, prepayments)
  • Handling of personal expenses - preparing and reconciliation
  • Processing of incoming invoices with and without purchase orders
  • Check and reconciles accounting documents
  • Check or obtains necessary authorizations according to the proceduresInitiates creation/changes of vendor master data in accounting system
  • Checks or obtains necessary authorizations according to the procedures
  • Makes sure that in his area of responsibility the accepted service level with regard to timeliness and accuracy of the accounting data processing is maintained

  • Good command of German (min. B1)
  • Good command of English
  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, students with completed 3rd year of studies are also welcome

  • Responsible for processing of standard accounting transactions and clarification of operational issues;
  • Timely and accurate processing of general accounting transactions according to process documentation;
  • Comply with accounting standards, policies and procedures;
  • Follow-up of identified issues;
  • Perform ICS controls according to process design.

  • University degree in Accounting or comparable as beneficial;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • English: good in speech and writing;
  • German: fluent in speech and writing;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
